I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time and got my room straight away. The young lady was very kind and friendly. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean and is located very close to two tube stations (3-5 minutes of walking). The building is located inside an arch and is isolated from the main street, which makes the location very safe and quiet. I stayed for 4 nights and never heard any noises whatsoever. Although the location is not very central, you can easily reach everything by public transport. The elevators cannot be used without the magnetic keys, so no strangers can come inside. Rooms have refrigerators and stovetops, so you can keep and cook your own food. There is no daily room service, and it was 100% fine with me. When at home, I don't change towels every day and don't really need to get them changed all the time when living at a hotel (think about all the wasted water!)

The lounge area is a delightful place to relax, with free, delicious coffee always available, along with cookies and snacks. On Sundays during Christmas time, they even treated guests to complimentary mulled wine - such a nice touch! The common areas of the hotel are also lovely, with cozy and stylish interiors that make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone—it was an absolutely fantastic stay!

Chic, well equipped, equipped with everything you need to prepare a breakfast The atmosphere in the common areas is very nice, lot of young people that made us fell well. There is coffee and tea available to the guests non-stop, plus other necessary things that you can "borrow" - table and iron, kitchen utensils. Although it is not in the central area, it is very accessible by metro, both from the airport and from the center; we covered the distance to the center on foot, walking (I recommend the 24-hour ticket for one or more people) friendly and very helpful staff. the parking lot is very useful, as well as cleaning products for the kichinette.

Even if you forget something, you can easily get or purchase it in the lobby. This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in—and definitely the best in Hamburg!
